At Suits Society, we are committed to providing you with high-quality suits and an excellent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand your options.
Our 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery (for online purchases) to initiate a return for an exchange in size or colour. We do not do refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and Unaltered: The suit must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. This includes all garments (jacket, trousers, waistcoat, etc.) as they were originally received.
- Original Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation/invoice (for online).
- Free from Odours and Damage: The suit must be free from any odours (e.g., perfume, smoke) and any signs of damage, stains, or wear.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Subject to Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Initiate an Exchange: For Online Purchases:
- Exchange Form: Within the 7-day window, please complete the exchange form https://www.suitssociety.co.za/exchange-form/ . Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with Return Authorization (RA) number, if approved.
- Packaging: Securely package the suit in its original packaging (if possible) or suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Suits Society is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments or you may return to our stores (see branches: https://www.suitssociety.co.za/contact-us/ )
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and our customer service team will contact you to process the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 48 hours of receipt for online orders) We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a repair or replacement of the item.
